The 2'x4' is looking more like the blackToe 4'x8'. I have seen how well the roller chain drive works with the 4'x8', so I decided to offer a 2'x4' version which uses the same gantry sides as the 4'x8' and the more narrow y-axis rail supports and rails from the 2'x4' version.
